A natural environment, with views of the mountains to the north and the sea to the south, requires a permeable building. The required clearance projects in plan a polygon equivalent to two twinned squares. To enhance the value of this union, its geometric functioning is resolved with a ‘loop’: the proposal is understood as a viewpoint, with an open and extroverted image, a large outdoor perimeter terrace. On all levels, to the south it becomes an extension of the dwelling and to the north an area for communal use. It is the large central plant atrium where the communication cores and circulation spaces are located and which functions as a powerful thermal regulator of the building. It is here that the natural ventilation of the whole complex, the lighting and the life of the neighborhood coexistence take place.
